Acquisition of 80-acre mixed-use development project in central Florida (former citrus grove). Obtained approval for 300K SF commercial center and 600 multi-family units. Managed all aspects of entitlements, including re-zone and annexation into city. Negotiated purchase of note from FDIC at substantial discount.  

Acquisition and development of C-1 office/retail plaza and retail business (drive-thru convenience store) in Naples.  Provided ongoing property management and leasing services until plaza and retail operation were sold as a turn-key operation.  

Acquisition and development of 13K SF retail plaza positioned for turn-key construction with leases in place.  Managed all aspects of development order, permitting and construction financing. 

Managed entitlement of former mine into residential development: 18 one-acre homesites with 40-acre lake, preserve area, proposed 5-acre commercial parcel.  Income potential for removal of remaining material.

Acquisition and development of 1/2-acre   C-1 parcel. Secured entitlements, including historical designation and development order for expansion of drive-thru 

convenience store concept. 

Managed turnaround of washed shell mine in foreclosure into profitable enterprise producing speciality shell & sand products for construction, landscape, and municipal uses.
