Based in Naples, FL since 1997, I have more than 20 years of experience providing consulting and real estate services to entrepreneurs and their businesses to include commercial real estate acquisition/sale, negotiation of note purchases and real estate workout, site development and oversight of build-out, leasing, tax planning, IRS representation and compliance services, and financial reporting. 

Since 2003, I have been a Member/Partner in TB&W Enterprises of South Florida LLC and a consultant to other partnerships.  My experience includes managing all aspects of legal, financial and tax matters in the acquistion, development and sale of real estate.  Services provided include coordination of zoning/land use changes, annexation, historical designation, obtaining development order and permitting, resolution of right-of-way taking, negotiation of assessed property value for reduced property taxes, construction and positioning for turnkey sale of retail operations, office, and mixed-use developments.

I previously served as VP of Tax Administration for a publicly-traded sales finance company based in Indianapolis.  Prior to that, I was a Tax Manager in the Entrepreneurial Services Group for Ernst & Young LLP and a Tax Manager for KPMG LLP.

I have held my Florida real estate sales license since 2004 and obtained my CCIM designation in 2010.  I am a licensed attorney and certified public accountant in Florida and Indiana.
